General Meeting Information

Regular meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month unless otherwise noted with the exceptions of September (when they are help on the third Tuesday) and June (when they are held on the first Tuesday). If you are unable to attend a meeting, you must contact the Corresponding Secretary.

Guests are welcome for most programs and some business meetings, but you must inform the President before the meeting about your guest’s attendance. Please inform the chair of the Hospitality Committee as well as the Membership Chair with the name(s) of your guest(s).

Please note the standard meeting times: the meeting begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.; the roll is called with late arrivals noted; and light refreshments will be available at 9:45 a.m.; programs begin at 10:00 a.m.  As a courtesy to the speaker, members are requested to stay for the completion of the program.
