General Meeting Information

Regular meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month unless otherwise noted with the exceptions of September (when they are held on the third Tuesday) and June (when they are held on the first Tuesday). 

Guests are welcome for most programs and some business meetings, but you must inform the President in advance of the meeting about your guest’s attendance. Please inform the Membership Chair with the name(s) of your guest(s).

Please note the standard meeting times: There is a coffee social beginning at 8:45 a.m. with the meeting beginning promptly at 9:00 a.m.  Programs begin at 10:00 a.m.  As a courtesy to the speaker, members are requested to stay for the completion of the program.  The programs are listed in the annual Green Book published by the club.
